Owega Star, the winner of a Grade 2 over hurdles at Navan in December, will probably do better with some give in the ground. Archie Meade, three times a winner over hurdles, made far too many mistakes and fell on his chasing bow at Fairyhouse in December and hasn't been seen since. Cause Of Causes won five times over hurdles and should make a chaser with ground conditions no problem but THOMOND has always been earmarked for a career over fences and the winning point-to-pointer can make a successful debut here.
