Precious Coral comes here in fair form but she has stamina for this trip to prove and it may pay to side with FOLLETTA who can see off Mighty Clarets. The selection is reunited with William Buick for whom she ran well on her opening two starts. She has dropped in the weights for a poor run at Windsor last time but although she is from a very speedy family, the feeling is that she might improve for this longer trip today. Mighty Clarets looks an interesting newcomer to nursery race; Richard Fahey's Whipper colt has shaped with promise in recent starts when a big price and there is no doubt that we are likely to see more of him now in handicaps. Green Community ran her best race to date last time out at Chepstow, Valkov looks the type to improve for handicaps and she isn't harshly treated off 65, whilst Jozafeen suffered defeat last time out at Musselburgh when well-fancied but Neil Callan looks a good jockey booking this afternoon. Storm Hawk ran a good race at Catterick in July but was then abject next time up at Beverley. He didn't look at home on the track that day so it may pay to give him another chance now back at a course he has run well at before. Precious Coral has shown improved form since handicapping, and looks a player again with Jamie Spencer coming in for the ride, however it is Folletta who is narrowly preferred.
