Verdict

Alys Love made her reappearance in the Fred Darling at Newbury and should find this easier. She went close on a couple of occasion last season but the drop in trip is a worry. Al Senad has been placed in both starts so far though was beaten 10 lengths on his return to action, but the consistent Mia San Triple might be suited by this first try over 6f and Byron's Gold should be winning soon based on her second at Warwick. MAJOR JACK only weakened close home when fifth in what was a decent maiden at Salisbury in August. He's related to a couple of winners and should have plenty more to offer so gets the nod. Humour was very green on his only start as a two-year-old and may need more time.
