Verdict

Moscow Mannon was having only his second start over fences when storming to a 15-length victory at Naas and is a very smart chasing prospect. However, he was beaten over hurdles by MALLOWNEY on that track a year ago and the latter has hardly stood still over fences. Although beaten by Back Before Dawn at Navan last time, when Some Tikket fell when under pressure, that was a Grade 2 and the winner is another very promising type. Timothy Doyle's charge was still in touch when falling in a Grade 1 here earlier and can come out best this time. Darwins Fox is a stable companion of Moscow Mannon but carries a penalty for a very easy Grade 3 victory at Roscommon and has plenty to do. Mount Colah was behind the selection at Fairyhouse in December and Is Herself About, an easy debut winner over fences at Clonmel, will find these rivals much tougher.
