Verdict

Aidan O'Brien won this last year with Somehow, who went on to land the Cheshire Oaks. BOUND, a daughter of Galileo and a full-sister to two Group winners, would be worth a fortune at the paddocks with a victory under her belt and though generally disappointing in her first campaign her placed effort in a Listed contest at the Curragh should give her the edge here. Her stable companion Wild Irish Rose had a very moderate first season while another from the yard, Longing, who cost a million guineas as a yearling, makes her debut. Constant Comment has a cracking middle-distance pedigree and should win races, a remark that also applies to Harrana, who is from the family of Derby winner Harzand.
