A very competitive handicap. Club Wexford bounced back to winning ways at Limerick for only his second victory on his 27th start, though is 6lb higher. Mr Right won over a mile here last summer and 6f at Cork last month so this trip looks ideal though he's also up 6lb. Texas Rock ended the last campaign in cracking form and made a fair reappearance at Dundalk but may be a few pounds high. Gymkhana was an impressive winner of a Naas handicap on his first start since transferring from France and his run in a Listed contest at Cork is best ignored as he sustained a slight injury. He's won on good going so today's ground shouldn't be a concern though it would be no surprise to see TITHONUS bounce back and he's handed a sporting vote. Denis Hogan's charge is versatile in trip having won over today's distance and over 5f at the Curragh in September and his young rider's claim is a huge bonus. Split The Atom is another to consider after an excellent return to Turf behind Peticoatgovernment at Navan following a fine winter at Dundalk.
