Yorkshire-based trainers have won this four times in recent years including the Johnston yard a year ago. They run Urban Sprawl here and his recent fourth at Goodwood puts him in the picture. However, the winner that day, Rhoscolyn, is one of three from David O'Meara's yard headed at the weights by recent Newmarket winner Bopedro with Danny Tudhope on board. Three-year-olds have won four of the last five and Aidan O'Brien's Broadhurst, an unlucky loser at Naas after an impressive maiden success at Dundalk, is a flag-bearer for the younger brigade along with the penalised Gypsy Woman.
