Verdict

Morning With Ivan makes a quick reappearance after a battling victory in an all-aged handicap at Cork on Sunday. She can race with a 5lb penalty here and with her young rider claiming double that amount she'll be fancied for a quick double. However, QUEEN OF THE SAND may prove the better option as she's finished with a powerful burst on her last two starts over 7f and will be ideally suited to stepping up in trip. General Brook looks a big threat after coming with a sustained run to land a 7f Fairyhouse maiden while Zalty appeared to find that trip just too short when failing to catch Connacht Council at Naas.
