Verdict

Merry In Moscow had a couple of mishaps when tackling point-to-points but made a very promising start in bumpers when runner-up to Shop DJ at Cork. Boxer Joe hasn't run badly in two starts at Listowel though he's been well beaten on both occasions and the one to be with could be GOOD TIME DONIE. Adrian Maguire's charge, a winner at Dawstown on his debut between the flags, ran well in novice hurdles at Punchestown and Thurles before finishing fourth to Aughaloor in a Navan bumper in March. At this time a year ago, Westmeath made a winning debut in a point at Dawston and though failing to appear since he must be respected under Katie Walsh.
