Verdict

Irish Bulletin won this last year and scored again here in December. He isn't in the best of form but this is his track so another big run is anticipated. Turbojet had been threatening to win for a while before landing a Listowel maiden in a canter. An opening mark of 125 might turn out to be lenient though the concession of 7lb to HURRICANE DARWIN may prove beyond him. Alan Fleming's charge wasn't in the best of form over hurdles in the spring but reappeared with a victory over fences at Navan and he can continue on the upgrade. Rightdownthemiddle reverted to hurdling on a much lower mark than over fences at Listowel and was well supported but never threatened and was beaten a long way.
