EXPLORERS WAY stayed on nicely over a mile at the Curragh then led until the closing stages when a close third behind Scriptwriter at Gowran. Normal progress will see him difficult to beat though the winner's stable companion Giovanni Bellini was very green at the Curragh last month and should be a different proposition this time. Golden Beach didn't appear to enjoy soft ground at Listowel nor did Sen Ding, who finished just behind. Rock Of Candy is a half-sister to three winners and finished fourth in a Dundalk barrier trial back in June.
