Verdict

Wigs On The Green started out over hurdles with some good runs but has disappointed subsequently and was well beaten at Down Royal in May. Captain Cobajay did better when reverting to 2m at Cork where he led for a long way but Knock On Steel ran his best race to date when tackling this trip for the first time at Wexford. Hitdroadjack has been struggling over the minimum and is much more likely to be better suited by this trip but KAMIL has shown enough potential on very testing ground to suggest he can take this poor contest in more suitable conditions.
