In depth

Verdict

Cloughmile has been in tremendous form over fences and, as he can race here from a 9lb lower mark, is certain to make a bold bid to see off some in-form opposition on his return to hurdling. However, Edward Harty wastes no time sending out FAHAMORE again after the youngster made a winning handicap debut when well supported here on Monday. The assessor's reaction is likely to be stringent so running here with a 4lb penalty looks a winning option. Beckett Rock has returned from chasing in good heart and made Battling Boru pull out the stops at Navan last time. He's well handicapped over timber and should give another good account while Knockbrack Vic put some poor runs behind him with a surprise success in testing conditions at Gowran.
