This is no better than the previous contest as regards the lack of recent winners, but a good run from Welsh Inlet would boost confidence in HINTON ADMIRAL's chances. Pat Eddery's charge finished ahead of the former when runner-up here last week and has a length to spare on that running with Metropolitan Chief. Christopher Chua keeps on threatening to get his head in front but has yet to do so in 26 attempts and Diamond Vine makes more appeal after a better effort at Kempton on his latest start.
