There may be an improved run in the pipeline for Bill's Story who is interestingly dropped in trip for this handicap debut, whilst DECENCY who won on the all-weather at Kempton over this sort of trip in April is fancied to improve on a fourth at Folkestone last time out. She has been running on over six furlongs so this trip should be ideal. Queenie's Star makes a handicap debut whilst Verity Lane faded in the final furlong over a mile trip here and with less to travel in this race could put up a strong challenge. King's Approach was a very decent second behind Mack's Sister when last seen here and blinkers replace the usual cheek-pieces to seek improvement, although they failed to do the business when they were last tried.
