        Verdict

        This should not take a great deal of winning and what can only be a tentative vote goes to Ramblin Bob, who has slipped to a fair mark and is taken to give weight away to handicap newcomers Waterloo Dock and Banjo Bandit. The last mentioned ran better here in a maiden last time and could be of interest off a mark of 56. Waterloo Duck can race off the same mark and has shown enough to suggest that he could figure in a race of this nature on recent evidence. Seductive Witch may do better now stepped up in distance, while Transcendent has slipped to a career low mark and is another to consider. This is a distinctly moderate event though and marginal preference is for Ramblin Bob.
