A dreadful affair in which positive form is sparse in the extreme. Tafilah is given the most tentative of votes over Sounds Simla and Franky'n'Jonny. Tafilah is exposed at plating levels but she does have a positive attitude to her job. She is probably better at Wolverhampton although a reproduction of a recent second in a 7f claimer at Lingfield could be just the ticket. Sounds Simla is well ahead of her on the BHB figures. She was well behind on their most recent meeting and looks hard to place in handicaps. Franky'N'Jonny is respected. She caught the eye on debut for new connections and is likely to appreciate today's surface rather than the harsher terrain at Southwell. Connections appear not to have realise In Hope's optimum trip. Coffin Dodger returns after a long absence and is watched in the market. Tafilah is recommended as a minimal stakes play.
