Verdict

It’s on to the Turf course for this Classic trial and all bar Natural Beauty are entered in the Oaks. The aforementioned has a stack to find in this on last year’s form ,while Architecture and Capricious Cantor also have some catching up to do on handicap ratings. Chinoiseries wasn’t beaten far in a Listed race in October but Mountain Bell and SEVENTH HEAVEN are recent maiden winners open to plenty of improvement. The former dotted up in soft ground at Windsor and Ralph Beckett has a fine recent record in this contest but Aidan O’Brien has a particularly strong crop of three-year-old fillies this year, even by Ballydoyle’s high standards. He has chosen the Dundalk winner for this and she may well be good enough.
