    Verdict

A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Jayanjay, Bonus Little Edward and Chief Exec and the tentative vote is given to Bonus. The selection was well beaten behind Eistedford last time out but prior to that he had been a fair third in a similar race to this. His yard are in top form and despite top weight he is taken to score as he has a good draw and looks sure to have the race run to suit. Jayanjay rates the main danger on his latest third behind Fantasy Believer as that horse has since ran well under a penalty and he will not be far away. Little Edward is another with place claims on his best form but he gave the impression he was in the handicappers grip when well behind Redwood Star last time and for that reason he is passed over on this occasion. Chief Exec is another that could go well as he looks well weighted on his best form but all his best efforts have come over a longer trip. Of the remainder Desert Dreamer is another that looks well in a could go well at a price but for the winner we return to Bonus.
