In depth

Verdict

Niblawi is fit from the Flat but Sermando is more interesting as he had every chance at Ffos Las in October when falling at the last. Fontwell third Manucci slips further down the ratings and Cheng Gong arrives in decent form and is one of only two booked rides today for Bryony Frost. Mr Grey Sky is potentially well treated on his handicap debut and the equally-unexposed Induno will strip fitter for a third at Chepstow. Sheldon was placed over course and distance on his reappearance and should be winning again soon while Blackjack Magic won a maiden over track and trip in October. BRORSON got going too late when unplaced at Cheltenham so should be suited by this step up in trip and he’s preferred to the once-raced Its Gonnahappen.
