The short list in a modest maiden consists of Ceredig, Supreme Kiss and Tajree, with the vote going to Supreme Kiss. Although disappointing at Wolverhampton last time, that run came over a longer trip than today and Ceredig, the highest rated of today's field, is fully entitled to full consideration in this modest maiden. Desert Dust's improvement came at Southwell last time, while connections seem to be struggling to find Rowe Park's best trip. Triple Point is related to a number of winners and could be interesting on his debut, while Marron Flore had not run for a while before ,aking a fair return last time and could improve again. Staceymac is another debutante to consider in what is, as we say, a modest contest, but Supreme Kiss has got form that is more than good enough to rate him a serious player at this level. Finally, Tajree showed improved form when dropped to the minimum distance last time and is another to seriously consider today. Overall, though, we will stick with Supreme Kiss.
