        Verdict

        HOWMAN faded rather tamely in the closing stages at Chester last time but the winner is now rated 88 and the third horse has subsequently won so the form looks better in hindsight. Life On Earth steps up in trip on the back of a couple of modest efforts while the Godolphin colt Mokhles made little impression over a mile at Epsom on his debut. Moved is worth a second glance but Sharg is preferred of the newcomers as a half-brother to five winners including Oaks heroine Dancing In The Rain.
