In depth

Verdict

Perfect Alchemy scored at Kempton last time with Mambo Fever back in fourth. He should go well again off a 3lb higher mark while Lady Lydia also won at Kempton in December and found only one too good off today's mark at Wolverhampton on her latest start. FIRST EXPERIENCE failed to win last year but slid down the weights as a consequence and, after showing a bit more over a mile here last time, Lee Carter's course and distance winner may well bounce back in this.
