Riflessione is capable but has so far found winning at this venue beyond him, while Arctic Lynx showed last time that he is getting the hang of handicapping and could do better, though the sneaking suspicion is that he will improve for a step up in trip, so we will take a chance on DURGAN. Linda Jewell's gelding is 1lb higher than when a close third over course and distance last time and much better off with White Shift than when two lengths adrift of Paul Howling's runner at Kempton in September. He may be able to make the step up to success today. Decency has dropped to an attractive mark, has a decent draw and sports first-time headgear, so support for her would probably be significant.
