    In depth

    Verdict

Another wide open affair in which many would have chances on there best form. Sky Quest was a good second behind Mad Carew last time out over course and distance, a reproduction of that form would see him go close despite top weight, with conditions again in his favour. Indian Blaze was behind Sky Quest last time out and there is no reason why he should reverse placings with both running off the same mark. Muyassir was a fair fifth behind Easter Ogil last time. However the step up in trip is sure to suit and she could go well at a fair price off what looks a fair mark. Must Be Magic was second behind Indian Blaze last time but hen is better off at the weights and there will not be much between them. Smoothie is well weighted on his best form and he would have a chance on his fourth behind Gig Harbour but he was very disappointing here last time out. Sorbiesharry is also worthy of consideration as he is from a yard that is beginning to find it's form but his best form has been over a shorter trip. Of the remainder Perfect Punch has shown some ability in maidens and he could be well weighted for this his handicap bow, but he has a long absence to overcome.
