        Verdict

        APOLLINARIS opened his account when stepped up to 7f here a fortnight ago. He has scope for further progress over today’s trip and can confirm superiority with third-placed Bint Dandy and Trixie Waterbury. Desert Dream ended a long losing run with a victory at Wolverhampton last month but an outside draw complicates matters while Mayson Mount posted one of his better efforts when fourth at Southwell still looking for a first win.
