      Verdict

      Easy Tiger had Lawless Secret back in third when winning over track and trip recently but was only fourth behind AY AY (NAP) here before that. The latter won a tougher race on that occasion and a 3lb rise may not be enough to prevent David Elsworth’s charge going in again. Contrast wasn’t beaten far when only sixth over a mile here last time and finished in front of Man Of Harlech but he has a bit to prove over this longer distance on the evidence of an earlier attempt.
