A small but competitive field for this handicap. The Baroness Was second in a seller last time out behind Davids Mark, she needs to improve on that effort to score. However she looks to be on a fair mark and the jockey takes off a further seven pounds. Royal Robe has been in fair form of late and was a fair third behind Queens Rhapsody last time. His best form is over seven fur longs however he is a hard puller and the drop in trip may well suit. Scarlet Secret was behind The Baroness last time but is slightly better off at the weights and there should not be much between them. Rowan Express would also be worthy of consideration on his best for but he has a 106 day absence to overcome. Tally had Jeans Valentine back in third when winning over course and distance last time but he may struggle to confirm his superiority under his penalty. Of the remainder Badou has drooped back to a favourable mark but he has become very disappointing of late.
