      Verdict

NUBAR BOY sets the standard on the form he achieved in Ireland and gets the vote to score from Neduardo, with Arabian Jewel a potential dark horse at a big price. Formerly with Tommy Stack, the colt showed some decent form in races at Dundalk without being able to land a telling blow. However, this step up to seven furlongs rates a positive move and he's joined a good yard so against a largely modest looking bunch he should take all the beating. Neduardo should be the one most likely to pose a threat, having attracted support and shaped with some promise on his debut. This extra furlong should be fine, so Peter Chapple-Hyam's colt can get involved at the business end with that experience behind him. Arabian Jewel showed little on his debut but such is the lack of strength here that he's put forward to get the better of Until The Man for third. The last-named is officially rated 65 and has place claims on that basis, but he's exposed and David Simcock's runner could draw enough improvement from his debut to improve past that figure. Captain Bluebird attracted support on his debut before disappointing but the form of his latest run, albeit back in August, looks pretty solid. All Right Now showed precious little on debut and Suzybee has been sent off at huge odds and ran accordingly in two starts. This is an uncompetitive maiden and it affords Nubar Boy a seemingly straight-forward opportunity to get off to a winning start for his new handler.
