      Verdict

      ARDAMIR (NAP) was beaten less than two lengths despite finishing only sixth at Wolverhampton. Dropping down in class for this, Alan King’s charge should make a bold bid. Enmeshing has not progressed as expected since going close in maiden company and steps up in trip along with Green Or Black, an import from Ireland who went close at Navan in October. Runner-up over a mile here, Ribbing may be open to some improvement but has had his chances and the remainder have even more to find.
