        Verdict

        ANNE OF KIEV had been in such good form that it was slightly disappointing to see her finish second best at Kempton last time. In hindsight, that form looks rock-solid with the three horses immediately behind her having all won since. Jeremy Gask's filly is better off with the winner Perfect Act here and can exact revenge. The latter has since been beaten by Five Star Junior and Linda Stubbs' sprinter looks a real threat, but collateral form suggests Breathless Kiss has a bit to find with the selection.
