    Verdict

MILLIE'S ROCK failed to run her race at Wolverhampton last time but may be able to bounce back at the expense of Saucy, Moon Crystal et al. Prior to her Dunstall Park disappointment Millie's Rock had run two sound races at this track in January which were her first outings since July. The drop back to a mile is a bit of a step into the unknown but it shouldn't be a problem as she has plenty of pace and it may even see her improve. Moon Crystal gained due reward for a series of decent performances when winning at Kempton; the handicapper has been sensible in only allocating a 2lb rise in the weights and she should still be competitive. Saucy appeals as a bigger danger and meets the selection on far better terms than when two and a quarter lengths back in third in January. She has an excellent course record but may be ideally suited by further at this track so we'll take Millie's Rock to come out on top.
