      In depth

      Verdict

INDOMENEO won over today’s trip at Wetherby before finding one too good at Wolverhampton on his latest start. Richard Fahey’s colt looks to have little to fear from these unless the newcomer General Marius proves above average which is not out of the question hailing from Roger Varian’s yard. Boomerang Betty made a winning start at Windsor only to disappoint at Newbury last week while Far Dawn failed to show any progress when stepped up to 7f at Beverley but Jupiter may well improve given he’s half-brother to a couple of winners over today’s distance.
