In depth

Verdict

This looks a trappy maiden and we will side with BAGBER to get the better of Muraweg and Carbon Hoofprint. The selection ran three solid races last year and he looks to have been found a good opportunity to shed his maiden tag here. He does have an absence to overcome but he ran well on his racecourse bow last year and he should be fit enough to do himself justice. Muraweg finished fifth on his debut at Sandown last June but he shaped as though he would learn plenty for the experience and it will be interesting to see how he gets on today. Carbon Hoofprint could be of interest as he was not beaten far on his debut and he is proven on the surface. Fantastical is an interesting newcomer and he is worth a market check. However, we will stick with Bagber to land the prize.
