In depth

Verdict

Danger Zone is given a narrow vote in a wide open event, Principal Witness and Yenaled also merit plenty of respect. Amanda Perrett's charge contested a very competitive handicap her last time. They finished in a real heap, with Willhego getting the better of our selection by half a length. This looks a slightly easier contest and he can go one better today. Principal Witness knows where the winningline is, having mastered Robbie Can Can here last time. The slight drop in trip will not be a problem and he should be in the shake up. Yenaled is knocking on in years but still retains plenty of ability as he showed when third behind Isa'aff at Southwell in December. Captain Margaret may just be in the handicapper's grip, but should still make her presence felt, however on this occasion we will side with Danger Zone.
