Verdict

Belle Rouge won on her handicap debut over a mile here on her reappearance. She’s related to Listed winners over middle-distances and should figure despite a penalty while Swallowdale has been raised 5lb after landing a handicap at Wolverhampton. The latter had earlier beaten GREYSTOKE by a neck over track and trip but Mick Channon’s charge re-opposes on better terms today now handicapping for the first time having subsequently finished runner-up once again. Collateral form also gives the selection the beating of Beautiful Crown while Jack Of Trades is fitted with headgear as he steps up in distance.
