In depth

Verdict

Cybersnow was collared late on over course and distance on his debut earlier this month and looks to have been found a suitable opportunity to go one better today, getting the vote ahead of Gordonsville and Eastwell Smiles. The last mentioned showed a modicum of ability on his debut earlier this month but needs to improve to trouble the judge, while Split Briefs may show improved form for stepping up in trip but needs to. Paul D'Arcy's Vallemeldee ran better at Windsor last time and has place claims but she too needs to improve on all known form. Andrew Balding's four-year-old Gordonsville showed enough last term to suggest that he could win a similar contest and he rates a big danger but Cybersnow has solid claims and he gets the vote.
