In depth

Verdict

Jack Valentine has won over fences at Leicester and placed at the same track in March but DEMON D’AUNOU also scored over fences when successful at Stratford during the summer and, with a recent outing under his belt, Jonjo O’Neill’s charge is fancied to make another bold bid. Voyage De Retour placed over hurdles without threatening the winner at the start of the month while maiden hurdle winners Sopran Thor and Sambezi debut over the larger obstacles.
