Cape Wolfe hasn't been beaten far in any of his races though he's lacked a finishing burst. He was just under a length behind Dudes And Diamonds when they finished behind Baldonnel at Gowran a fortnight ago and there doesn't appear any reason for a form reversal. That winner is trained by Dermot Weld, who has won two of the five renewals of this and has the filly Zannda entered here. She's by Azamour out of a 1m4f winner and should make her mark when tackling middle distances. Kevin Prendergast's Social Climber has plenty of pace in her pedigree but NASUTION caught the eye on his introduction behind Ol' Man River at the Curragh and though dropping down in trip can make enough progress to take this for David Wachman.
