Verdict

HIDDEN CYCLONE has a penalty to carry for his Grade 3 victory over Foildubh in October but in that kind of form will take some stopping here. Forpadydeplasterer didn't run badly in the Kerry National here on Wednesday and the former top-class chaser is no back number while Tribes And Banners should be better off reverting to fences after a disappointing run over timber at Killarney. Bob Lingo, last year's Galway Plate winner, hasn't been in anything like that kind of form subsequently though he was a long way in front of the UK raider Chaninbar at Galway last week.
