A maiden hurdle with limited amount of form to work with would generally be a difficult way to start off the day, however Unleash represents a confident selection in the opener. The four-year-old was a decent horse on the Flat for Sir Mark Prescott and has made two good efforts on his first two starts over hurdles. A reproduction of those should be good enough here, however it is more than likely he will improve further for a yard which is in fantastic form at present. Remington put up a much improved performance over this course and distance on his hurdling debut and it will be interesting to see if he can reproduce that level of performance. If he does he rates the main danger and holds both Tarboush and Transatlantic on that last run. The remainder look a moderate bunch with the exception of Kombinacja who is yet another Polish import for the Tom George yard. She finished a remote fourth at Kempton last time but that was a much stronger contest and she rates each-way value.
