Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

Purple 'n Gold looked promising last summer but didn't progress as expected. Focail Maith has had plenty of chances but Frozen Over has been knocking on the door, though has also been climbing the weights without winning. AUGUST HILL only won a conditionals' race at Wincanton earlier this month but the runner-up franked the form at Newton Abbot on Saturday and Micheal Nolan's mount can double his tally. Stevie Thunder is rarely far away and the sharp track will suit but he has been regularly beaten off today's mark while course and distance winner Rolling Dough is returning from a break.
