In depth

Verdict

Executive's Hall earns full marks for consistency but it looks as though the handicapper has his measure for the time being. Lombok's third over 2m1f here last time was his first piece of worthwhile form over hurdles and he's only 2lb higher today, but Marie De Laufon has struggled since winning at Towcester in May and has a bit to find with Executive's Hall on the form book. DANNY COOL hasn't shown much so far but could do appreciably better on this easier ground and gets a tentative vote. Top weight Sauté looks the pick of the remainder.
