Suburban Bay is well treated on his hurdles form but hasn't shown the same aptitude for fences so far, though he was well backed for a competitive handicap at Haydock last time and is probably thought capable of better. Spirit Of Barbados appears to have it all to do under top weight but Carabinier is back over a more suitable distance following his fourth at Ffos Las and Quazy De Joie doesn't run many bad races, though returns from a break. Monsieur Jourdain may also need this but FARMER FRANK ran well for a long way on his reappearance here last month and will strip fitter now. Nick Kent's gelding gets a tentative vote ahead of Fontwell runner-up Iona Days and the lightly-weighted Investment Affair.
