In depth

Verdict

Sharaab gets the confident vote to beat Jimmy Byrne and Game On. The selection is one of the least exposed in the field won well last time out and although having a penalty for that win he has conditions to suit and will be hard to beat. Jimmy Byrne rates the main danger on his best form but he continues to be let down by his jumping and at likely odds he looks worth opposing. Game On is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he looks vulnerable to a less exposed type and for that reason is opposed. Night Sight is on a handy mark but will need to improve for the fitting of first time cheek pecies if he is to score. Of the remainder General Smith is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but for the winner we return to the unexposed Sharaab.
