Verdict

Twenty Eight Guns has done all of her winning over fences and is 17lb higher than last running over hurdles more than a year ago. Royal Debutante beat Miss Spent in a bumper at Ludlow last year but the placings were reversed in a hurdle at Huntingdon in November and Paul Webber’s mare is struggling to get her head in front over timber. MY LITTLE CRACKER beat a good yardstick here last month having won earlier at Hexham. She’s 5lb higher but has struck up a good understanding with 7lb claimer Ross Chapman and a hat-trick beckons. Ginger Fizz was pulled up on her reappearance but this is her time of year and she can’t be ignored.
