In depth

Verdict

Home Run will have to defy a double penalty and a welter burden if he's to complete his five-timer and may just struggle to conceded 16lb to PHASE SHIFT, who is improving with experience and was just touched off on heavy ground at Sedgefield on Boxing Day. Shilpa sprang a surprise at Fakenham last month while the enigmatic Pete has a chance at the weights, though Graham Watters will have to delay his challenge until the last minute as the 10-year-olds finds little off the bridle. Lillioftheballet should do better back over 2m and may prove the pick of the remainder as Bob's Dream, King Brex and Nevertika are all starting to look a little long in the tooth.
