      In depth

      Verdict

Double Cee has won twice at Hamilton in his last three starts and should figure stepping up in trip. Call Of Duty is another to consider as he's a winner without a penalty having won an apprentice race at Newcastle last week. Mangham and Sangar both went close on their latest starts and the former makes most appeal as he scored off a higher mark over C&D last season. Christmas Light cannot be easily dismissed off his current mark but ROYAL STRAIGHT scored by nine lengths in a higher grade race at Ayr on Tuesday and should shrug off a penalty and go in again here.
