Maybe Overstayed can win this, but there are plenty that will have their supporters, including Highland Warrior and Merlin's Dancer. Last season's Stewards' Cup fourth, Merlin's Dancer has always to be respected at this level. Course and distance winner Fullandby progressed towards the end of last season but, eight pounds higher than for his latest win, has to find some more improvement. Grigorovitch also has to find more, but Mr Wolf, who is just two pounds above a winning mark, gains respect. Overstayed could be reasonably weighted based on his comeback run and is another to look out for. Course and distance winner Come Out Fighting has scope for further improvement this year, while Highland Warrior should be sharper for his return and can't be ruled out. Senterio Rosso is edging back towards a winning mark, as is The Leather Wedge, Catch The Cat is a pound below a winning mark of last season, while Ptarmigan Ridge is well-weighted on 2004 form. It's tricky, but in having to make a choice, we will go for Overstayed.
