Verdict

Ela d'Argent has been in good form with a claiming win at Ayr and than a close second in a better race than this at Hamilton last time, so has to be respected in this company. However it is difficult to get away from Almnadia who has won in selling company on his last two starts. Although this is a slightly higher class he has impressed with a fine turn of foot and could be very hard to beat. Top-weight Westgate Run could go well for a promising seven pound claimer after a series of decent efforts.
